We are looking for an Immigration Specialist for a global technology company. In this role, you will manage the immigration process for our employees entering the US. This is a 3-month contract (extensions possible), 40 hr/week, remote role in the USA. This will be a contractor role to Stage 4 Solutions. Key Responsibilities Provide immigration support and strategy from the initial kick-off call through petition filing. Work closely with internal stakeholders to streamline current immigration processes in the US, develop comprehensive immigration policies, guidelines, and procedures. Examine US immigration cases, identify appropriate immigration streams, gather information and application documents, review files, submit applications, handle re-submissions, and ensure follow-up throughout the process. Support various immigration channels, including: US: RFE/NOID responses for O-1, EB-1, and EB-2 NIW petitions, consular support assistance for immigrant visa (employment-based and marriage-based) and non-immigrant visa applications (B-1, H-1B, L-1, E-1, E-2, E-3, O-1), including DS-160 and DS-260 forms.
