New Catalyst Inc. is expanding our team and seeking Entry-Level Communications Assistants to help execute live events and outreach campaigns for our clients. No prior experience is required — we offer paid, hands-on training and personalized mentorship to help you grow professionally and build a lasting career in event marketing and public communications.
What You’ll DoSupport live events , retail activations, and community outreach campaigns
Communicate directly with attendees to provide information, answer questions, and promote brands
Assist with event setup, coordination, and logistics
Collaborate with teammates to create engaging event experiences and ensure smooth operations
Gather feedback and help improve future campaigns and event performance
Outgoing, approachable, and confident when speaking with new people
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Motivated, coachable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or promotions is a plus — but not required
Paid, hands-on training in event communications and public engagement
