Job Description The individual in this role will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to a senior Advisor, managing calendars, scheduling meetings across time zones, and coordinating logistics for both virtual and in‑person events. They will handle daily communications, track follow‑ups, and maintain organized records of correspondence and meeting outcomes. Responsibilities include preparing and editing professional documents, presentations, and reports, organizing project files for easy access and version control, and coordinating travel and expenses. The role also involves supporting leadership updates and regional partner reports, conducting occasional research on MENA region developments, and contributing to monthly summaries of relevant activities and initiatives. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across time zones are essential. Brings over 5 years of experience delivering executive‑level administrative support, preferably in global engagement, higher education, or international business environments. Demonstrates strong capabilities in research, writing, and communication, with meticulous attention to detail. Exceptionally organized, proactive, and adept at handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
