Talent Advisor Responsibilities:

• Utilize online and offline channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and professional communities to source and attract talent
• Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and ideal candidate profiles
• Conduct phone screenings and onsite interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills and cultural fit
• Present shortlisted candidates to clients with insights and recommendations
• Coordinate final interviews and offer presentations
• Onboard new hires and ensure they successfully transition into their roles
• Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the entire candidate lifecycle
• Promote Badger State Staffing’s brand to build referral networks
• Stay up to date on industry trends and recruitment best practices

Desired Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of full cycle recruiting/sourcing experience (manufacturing-based is a plus)
• Growth mindset with the flexibility to adapt to an ever-changing work environment
• Must be tech savvy and proficient in Windows-based programs/applications
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus
