**Position Description:** **Role Summary** : We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a **Supplier Diversity Program Specialist IV.** In this role, you will report directly to the **Managing Director of Supply Chain** and play a key role in advancing our supplier diversity initiatives. You will: + Lead the development and execution of supplier diversity programs + Collaborate across supply chain, sourcing, and operations. + Present program updates and insights to stakeholders at all organizational levels + Analyze supplier data and trends to drive strategic decisions + Work in a hybrid environment with a mix of in-office and remote days **What You Will Do** Responsible for the development, implementation, and administration of supplier diversity initiatives across ONE Gas. Lead the enterprise-wide development and implementation of supplier diversity framework and supporting initiatives. Administer framework for identifying and selecting diverse suppliers, including certification and verification of minority status. Collect, analyze, and report on supplier diversity data to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Oversee and report on the supplier network by identifying, tracking, and reporting on suppliers with resources that enhance their ability to partner with ONE Gas. Collaborate with all supply chain leadership to support their goals and supplier diversity initiatives. Work closely with procurement, legal, and other departments to ensure alignment with supplier diversity framework. Assist with negotiating contracts and related terms, understanding and documenting scope of work for contractor needs to ensure appropriate bidding of jobs. Attend bid meetings regarding scope of work determined. Prepare regular reports and presentations on supplier diversity metrics and achievements for leadership. Provide guidance and support to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as well as ONE Gas policies. Influence, assess, analyze, and consult on internal customer needs to develop resource solutions for stakeholders. Identify and evaluate potential diverse suppliers to expand our supplier base. Employee may be required to perform additional duties as assigned. Regular and reliable attendance is required in performance of job. **What You Will Need** Preferred Bachelor's Degree Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or related field with the following job-related experience: 5+ years of experience in supplier diversity, sourcing, or program management Strong communication and presentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis A passion for building inclusive and impactful supplier networks Design diverse supplier engagement strategies, identify qualified diverse suppliers, integrate supplier diversity best practices, and lead diverse supplier business programs. Work with diverse supplier networks and managing complex supplier relationships. Experience researching and preparing reports, agreements, and correspondence. Experience interacting, advising, negotiating, and communicating effectively. Experience working collaboratively across organizational functions. Experience in use and function of office equipment including computers and applications such as Microsoft Office products, etc. Experience conducting internal and/or external research and preparing contracts, records, reports, and correspondence. Develop information, conduct meetings, and make presentations to leadership, employees, and stakeholders. Read and write fluently in English. Minimum Applicable drivers license Mobility to move in office surroundings and around job sites out-of-doors. Requires travel to other metro areas as well as potential overnight trips for meetings and/or conferences.
