Job Description As a Seasonal Experienced Tax Preparer, you will be responsible for preparing accurate tax returns for clients as well as providing guidance and advice for all tax related scenarios. Responsibilities Conduct face-to-face tax interviews with clients. Answer client calls. Answer tax related questions and provide future tax planning to clients in a timely fashion. Support miscellaneous office responsibilities. This position has access to and regularly works with information of a sensitive, highly confidential nature and must be dealt with the highest level of professionalism. Preferred Skills 2+ years previous tax preparation experience HIGHLY preferred. General computer knowledge required. Experience with Lacerte Tax software HIGHLY preferred but not required. Must be a problem solver. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work in a busy, fast paced setting. High school diploma/GED required. PTIN certification preferred but not required. Experience with farm tax returns would be a huge plus. Pay is dependent on qualifications. Job Type: Full-time, Seasonal. Experience: Tax experience: 2 years (Preferred).
