Axia Women's Health is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) physician to join their Indianapolis and Greenwood locations in early 2026. The role offers a strong work-life balance with shared call coverage, no regular overnights or weekends, and access to extensive hospital affiliations including Level III NICU and specialized neonatal care. Axia Women's Health - Indianapolis - South, is seeking a BE/BC OB/GYN Associate Physician to join them in early 2026 . This is an outstanding opportunity with an excellent work-life balance with an established patient following in a collaborative team environment.

  • Two office locations: Indianapolis and Greenwood
  • Strong work-life balance with shared call coverage and OB Laborist/CNM coverage - no regular overnights or weekends
  • One call per week (8am–6pm)
  • Occasional night shift (6pm–8am)
  • Additional pay for all call coverage

Pay or shift range: $275,000 USD to $350,000 USD
The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
