We're looking for a driven and experienced Service Manager to lead our HVAC service department. In this leadership role, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, support and coach technicians in the field, and ensure customer satisfaction remains top priority. You'll work closely with dispatch, manage scheduling accuracy, review performance data, and foster collaboration across departments to achieve company goals. What You'll Do Supervise and support daily operations of the service department Conduct in-field training and quality control with service technicians Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve service-related issues Collaborate with dispatch and other department leads for scheduling and workflow optimization Review service invoices and warranty claims for accuracy and efficiency Track and report departmental performance using CRM tools Ensure technicians are trained in both technical and customer service skills Drive department profitability and team performance What We Offer Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Competitive supplemental insurance plans Paid time off, holidays, and your birthday Company-provided laptops and monitors 401k with 3% full match and partial match on 4-5% Professional development, including reimbursement for certifications Annual end-of-year party Quarterly team-building events Quarterly incentives for achieved goals Company vehicle Work Hours Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm, with occasional evenings and weekends as needed Pay Scale Pay Scale: Base salary of $70,000-$90,000, with performance-based incentives that provide the opportunity to earn up to $150,000 in total annual compensation. Required Qualifications 8+ years of residential HVAC experience At least a year of proven supervisory or team management experience Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in CRM and reporting tools Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Self-motivated, organized, and committed to growth Preferred Qualifications Experience with Service Titan software Mechanical, electrical, or plumbing licensure in NC and/or SC #J-18808-Ljbffr Horne Heating and Air Conditioning Inc.
