Key Responsibilities:
The Events Coordinator manages end‑to‑end logistics for meetings, conferences, exhibits, and high‑profile outreach events. Responsibilities include venue coordination, inventory management, exhibit and booth deployment, vendor oversight, speaker and RSVP management, run‑of‑show development, and on‑site execution. The role ensures compliance with NSF branding and Section 508 requirements, manages multiple concurrent events, supports rapid‑turnaround requests, and independently resolves on‑site issues with minimal NSF staff involvement.
Qualifications:
Experience in event planning and logistics, including large‑scale or high‑visibility events; strong project management and vendor coordination skills; ability to travel and perform on‑site support; familiarity with federal event requirements; Public Trust clearance eligibility.
