We invite you to join our newest team at the Montowese Center for Health & Rehabilitation! **-** **Concierge** **Full-Time** **10am-6pm with every other weekend** **Must have experience in a Long Term Care setting, and customer service experience.** **This individual will also be providing clinical support to the supervisor.** **What You'll Do:** As aConcierger, you will be at the heart of our efforts to create a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone in our community. Your role will involve working closely with residents, families, and staff to foster open communication and enhance the overall patient experience. **Key Responsibilities:** + Build relationships with residents through continual monitoring of overall satisfaction during their stay + Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure that residents' needs and preferences are met + Advocate for residents' rights and ensure that their voices are heard in all aspects of their care + Implement initiatives to improve the overall patient experience + Manage difficult or emotional resident situations by identifying and resolving these problems in a timely manner + Provide support and guidance to families during difficult transitions or times of need If you are compassionate and dedicated professional with a talent for communication and problem-solving, we invite you to join our team as a Patient Relations Coordinator!
