The Company Manager serves as the central connection point of information for all aspects of hundreds of artist visits annually for Office of the Arts departments (Artistic Engagement Box Office Guest Experience Marketing and Production). The Company Manager provides critical day-to-day operational logistical and administrative support to the visiting artists and to OA including schedule management. The Company Manager is responsible for a high standard of care creating superior experiences and providing exemplary service for artists visiting and involved with Emerson College. The Company Manager supports the contracting and payment of artists for all productions residencies and events.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

This position is primarily a hybrid role with mandatory days in the office as needed. The hybrid arrangement will be made upon hire. Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the Boston campus in order to ensure operational effectiveness.
Compensation: $64500.00 - $79000.00 annually commensurate with experience.
