The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its mission of providing high-quality, comprehensive health care and safety net services to vulnerable and underserved populations. The CEO will be responsible for the strategic direction, vision, and operations, with a focus on developing and implementing a strategic plan that aligns with the organization's mission. This role requires a leader who can identify opportunities for growth and sustainability, particularly in the context of the evolving healthcare landscape and the emphasis on value-based care. The successful candidate will be deeply committed to serving at-risk communities and have a proven track record of improving health outcomes. Candidates for the CEO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience in a multi-functional, mission-oriented healthcare organization, with a preference for those with senior-level executive experience in a FQHC, community health center, primary care facility, or human services organization. A strong commitment to the organization's mission, exceptional communication, and relationship-building skills are essential. The ideal candidate will be a strategic, highly collaborative leader with strong business and financial acumen, and impeccable ethical standards. The CEO will work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure the organization has the necessary systems, resources, training, technology, and policies in place to achieve its short and long-term goals.
