Position Summary:
As a Customer Care Representative working in a dynamic call center, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service. You will handle inbound calls in a high-volume call center, assist customers with inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your positive attitude, strong multitasking abilities, and excellent communication skills will contribute to our mission of providing exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

Handle a high volume of inbound calls professionally and with a positive attitude.
Assist customers with inquiries, provide product information, and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Utilize multiple computer systems and applications to efficiently navigate and gather necessary information.
Maintain a customer-focused approach and demonstrate empathy while addressing customer concerns.
Accurately document customer interactions and update customer accounts in the system.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
Meet performance metrics and quality standards set by the company.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in an inbound call center role.
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
Positive attitude, high-energy, and a genuine passion for assisting others.
Typing speed of a minimum of 35 WPM.
Proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems and applications.
Strong multitasking skills to handle a high volume of calls and prioritize tasks effectively.
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Bilingual Spanish/English skills are a plus.
